Accommodations

The Grand Hotel Baglioni is the main, preferred hotel option for our guests as this is where the Welcome Party will be taking place.

We do have an additional block of rooms if needed at the Flom Boutique Hotel.

Grand Hotel Baglioni

We have a 20% off retail code at the time of booking for this hotel. The rate will fluctuate based on availability, but the discount will apply as long as rooms are available.

Booking Instructions

Step 1: Visit the Hotel Website

Step 2: Click the ‘Book Now’ button

Step 3: Select Check In and Check Out date and how many guests will be in the room.
*The discount code is only available for May 16-20, 2026. If you are interested in staying on the shoulder days of this please email our planner, so she can request availability/rates.

Step 4: Click the ‘Special Code’ button at the top of the page and select ‘Rate Access/Corporate Code.’ You will enter FallonVince20 as the code.

Step 5: Please write in the notes of the reservation “Fallon and Vince Wedding” upon check out.

Payment modality:
At the moment of the reservation we will require a credit card.

We will charge on the credit card a not-refundable  amount corresponding to 1 night

The balance will be made at the Hotel

 

Cancellation policy:
Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival before 4 p.m. hotel time to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax

We will charge the amount of 1 night on the attendees credit card as not refundable deposit 29 days prior to arrival.

Flom Boutique Hotel

We have a discounted fixed block rate at this hotel available to be booked until December 31, 2025.

Standard Room: 350 EUR per night
Deluxe Rooms: 375 EUR per night
Triple Rooms: 430 EUR per night
Junior Suite: 460 EUR per night (for 2 PAX) + 20 EUR per additional person per night (max 4 PAX)
Family Suite: 520 EUR per 4 PAX + 30 EUR per additional person per night (max 5 pax)

The rate include breakfast daily.
10 % VAT and city tax to be added.

Booking Instructions

Step 1: Email our planner to confirm you would like to secure a room. She will need to know the:
Check In Date
Check Out Date
Room Category Requested
Number of Guests Staying In the Room

Step 2: She will help create the booking for you with the hotel within the block.

Step 3: You will be required to make a non refundable deposit equivalent to 1 room night based on the room category selected and have a credit card on file. You will settle the remaining balance directly at the hotel upon check in.

We know many of you are expanding our wedding celebration into a larger trip throughout Italy and other places in Europe. Through our wedding planning services custom travel planning for all of our guests is provided complimentary through Elegante’s team. They will be reaching out periodically, but if you need anything please reach out to lisa@elegantetravel.com They are able to assist with any of the following:

As a part of travel planning services the Elegante Travel team will create a custom built itinerary, travel support number for during your trip, a folder with all of your tickets and confirmation documents, and a list of restaurant recommendations for the areas you are traveling to.

Q: What airport should I fly into?
A: We suggest flying into Florence, Pisa or Fiumicino (Rome) airport.

Q: What is the closest train station to the accommodations?
A: Firenze Santa Maria Novella (Firenze SMN) Stazione. If need assistance with a taxi please reach out to our planner at

Q: When should I buy my ticket?
A: If you find a ticket at any point close to $1000 round trip it is a good deal, and you should get it. Anything under $1400 is reasonable from a major city considering it is high season. Outside of finding something in that range we suggest booking 4-6 months in advance.

Q: What details do I need to know about passports?
A: If you are needing to get a passport or renew your current we recommend doing so as soon as possible. Current wait times are about 12 -15 weeks for regular procurement. If you want to pay the extra fee for an expedited passport the wait time is currently 9-10 weeks. You passport cannot expire within 6 months of your current passport expiring from the date you would leaving FROM Europe back to the US. This is VERY important as you will be denied entrance if your return flight is within 6 months of your passport expiration.

Q: What is the weather like in May in Italy?
A: It will likely be quite warm during the day and then cool off a bit in the evening in Tuscany. Likely mid 70s to low 80s during the day is quite common. We suggest making sure to have a wrap if you are wearing a dress for the evening in case in cools down significantly.

Q: How do I get from the Florence or Rome Airport to the city center?
A: You can take a taxi from the airport to your hotel directly or take the train to Firenze SMN Station and then take a taxi to your hotel. If you are arriving at the Rome Airport your can get the express train, the Leonardo, to Roma Termini, which runs every 20-25 minutes from the airport to the central station in Rome, and then connect to Firenze SMN on the Frecciarosa (speed train) on Trenitalia. Train tickets become available for purchase 90 days prior to departure date.

Q: Is a visa required for travel to Italy?
A: Potentially. ETIAS is rolling out an online visa that will be required for US Citizens to enter the Schengen region. It has been said that it will roll out in 2026, but they have not listed a specific date. It will be a small fee and online registration that is required. Our planner is monitoring if this is going to be required for our guests and will notify everyone if our guests are going to affected.
